How do you get rid of the highlighted green box in Dahua NVR?

When you live view the cameras in the Dahua NVR, the selected window is highlighted in green while the rest are all in white. How do you get rid of this highlighting because it just seems un-natural and annoying. I prefer them to all be neutral/white and nothing emphasized or selected.

Doesn't the green highlight help you to know where the sound is coming from?

How else would you know which cam is currently selected?
