How do you get email notifications from AI tripwire alarms on a Dahua NVR?
I have my email set up under the Network menu. My email tests fine and I get heath emails sent to me fine but no emails when my AI tripwire alarm goes off.
Under AI>parameters>IVS>(my tripwire)trigger I have checked the send email box but I get no emails when my tripwire is triggered. What am I missing?
 
Might be this simple: From the local desktop view, make sure the little arming bell (upper right corner) is a red color. That means the alarms are turned on. If gray color the event alarms will be disabled.

I am facing the same prob and the tip doesn't seem to work. Set up the email part and the test is fine, I received the test in my email, but no alarm notifications......anyone can help?
