How do you Adjust the Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE angle?

I have a Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE that I installed a while back and now I need to slightly adjust the angle. The manual gives no clue about this other than to show a picture. Just guessing it was involved, I have loosened the small star screw in the center just under the top ring but nothing will move. How do I turn the turret and also tilt the lens up slightly?

Just like you said, loosen the screw and rotate.

Now with that said, with time and what not it can be hard to move if the paint starts "glueing" for lack of better term.

Or you have the cables behind it compressing and resisting movement.

Sometimes it is easier to remove the housing and position it where you want and then reassemble closer to where you want it facing and then do minor adjustments.

Sometimes the housing (part with the star screw) will stick to the mounting base after the screw is loosened, and it has to be jarred loose. Once the ring is loose everything can be moved around. Try to avoid my trick of loosening the star screw to where it falls out onto gravel or grass, never to be seen again.
