How do I set schedule for camera to trigger alerts only during a specified time?

Blue Iris 4.x
The schedule block is all green and I cannot figure out how change the time frame I want. I click on it and see a pencil looking curser, but it does not seem to do anything. I don't care if I use the global scheduler or the camera one, but neither seems to work.

You first need to select a different profile from the dropdown on the bottom to draw over the green.
