How do I save high res pictures of the thumbnails in my clips? Assuming I can.

I have included a picture of my thumbnail size clips. When motion is detected it triggers.

I noticed when it is triggered an object is detected sooner in the still clip then in the video. In the example included you can see the white car in the still thumbnail is fully visible, but in the very beginning of the video the car is already partially obscured. How do I save a high res picture of the triggered stills that show up in my clips? Thank you.

Under the Triggers, tell it to save hi-rez when triggered to alerts list. You are probably set to database only right now:

I have another question. Here is a snapshot of my clips. In the clip labeled 4/27/2022 9:09:39 PM you see a car in the thumbnail. When I load up the high-res picture there is no car. Why? The next high res photo is 9:10 PM and it also has no car in the photo. They all seem to be like this. I will see a car in the thumbnail but no car in the high res photos. What is going on? Thank you again for your help.

Never mind. I figured it out. It stores those high res files in the Alerts folder not the Blue Iris New folder. Thanks again for the help, Much appreciated.
