How do I get GDMSS Plus push notifications for IVS to work?

I have 5 separate line crossing IVS set up on one of my cameras that monitors the front of my house. They are as followed ... Driveway, yard, path, doorstep and street . I would like to setup GDMSS to notify me when someone triggers my driveway and when someone triggers my doorstep but I am not seeing an option to select these under alarms. Does GDMSS not push notifications for IVS?

It's supposed to. It hasn't been working for me for a few months now. Very annoying. It worked for a couple days after updating the NVR firmware, but the stopped again.

That's a bummer. Is it only IVS or does motion not push alerts either?
