How do I Decipher Red Circled X's errors

Blue Iris is somewhat vague on descriptions with their software and it seems I get at least one of these error messages on each cleared status message. The one message leaves those circled red as you all might well know in the bottom right hand corner of the program and remains there.

Here is what I am explaining about...This is an example of the error that I receive on each message status form.

@Bradmph You have allocated more storage space to your folder than your drive capacity. This is explained further in the "status bar" section of the help file.
