How can I download videos from the Network Video Recorder (NVR) without using a browser?

Plug in a usb drive and use the local interface of the nvr to transfer the video to the drive
-or-
over a network using IVMS4200 CLIENT SOFTWARE

Local connection using a mouse and monitor doesn’t utilize IVMS4200.
