How and where to mount 5A425XA-HNR PTZ

So, I'm hoping depending on the weather to finally mount the PTZ and a 1831E or 5442 as a overall view/spotter. Just not sure if I should just get a 2x4x8/10 and attach to a fence post or get like a deck block or two and make a mount. As my last PTZ was mounted above the window behind glass. So not so how I need to mount this.
Need to clean it up a bit as the previous tenant just left w/o notice.

Is that the area the PTZ is watching - that is a lot of zoom for that area!

No, just the patio where I will mount it...…I want to have an over all view and to watch my cars if parked here or across the street as parking here kinda sucks, but like the townhouse for the price.
