With Batch Configuration I'm getting the error "Upgrade failed (when upgrade)." I'm afraid that the device has somekind of upgrade block from the reseller.

R rearanger Getting the hang of it Feb 10, 2016 224 96 Scottish Borders Apr 19, 2019 #5 DS-2CD2135F-IS is a G0 Cam . Think you are using wrong upgrade files.(remember you can't roll back some firmwares) you can upgrade and have Chinese menus. There are problems trying to get EU menus.
