Hikvison and NO-IP Problems

Hi,

Out of the blue my 'no-ip' DDNS connection into my NVR no longer works.

no changes made etc.

Anyone using 'no-ip' and having issues?

Are you sure it was working properly? Was no IP reporting updates to the ip address? If you have a free version I think you need to login monthly..
Check to see if the ip address reported on the no ip website matches yours.

thanks for the reply.

Yea my DDNS address is working for all other apps, but now wont work for my Hik NVR.

nothing changed my side and all settings checked and double checked.
 
update:

My bad; it seems 'NO-IP' have removed wild card connections to free subs hence the reason any device outside of the LAN trying to connect could not.
