Hikvision with Blue Iris - PTZ Smart Tracking Setup

I have a Hikvision DS-2DE4A425IW-DE PTZ Speed Dome with Smart tracking, how can I set this up to use the cameras motion and Intrusion detection and send the alerts and alarms to Blue Iris? I have looked around but everything is talking about PIR and I tried following some of those examples and tweaking to my needs but can't get Blue Iris to send an alert.

Any ideas?
