Hikvision video problem

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with hikvision dvr. Model is ds 7104 hvi - sh. I have two cameras connected. Dvr is connected to monitor and everything is ok. The problem is over lan. There is no video. I can't see video at all. I have no cinnection problems with dvr, I log in with no problem with i.explorer, opera and chrome. I dont know what to do.
Please help.

Go to configuration page, then select ''local configuration''
at protocol select: udp. and you also could try sub stream.
OR it also could be activex issue?
 
I've try udp, substream and activex and there is no video. Also I try directly to connect to dvr over lan and it's the same problem. No video.
 
Check if you can see live video through iVMS4200. Using IE - add the DVR IP to trusted sites, also activate "Compatibility view mode". Check also if you have some antivirus software that could block port 554, try to temporarily disable it.
At last, you can try to update the DVR to the latest firmware from here in case your DVR is using official firmware, however be careful.
