Hikvision unresponsive

I have several Hikvision POE DS-2CD2032-I but only one of them is having this issue, every couple of days the camera goes unresponsive, unable to ping, etc. The solution is to pull the power (ethernet) and plug it back in. It has been cold here the last week or so, lows below 0, but this is the only camera that is doing this. I have swapped POE ports on the router, and that didnt help.

re-terminate your cabling; dropouts with temp changes are often due to a poor crimp and normal thermal expansion causes it to fail.. that and the vast majority of random dropouts are due to wiring issues.
