I've fixed up several cameras with faulty ethernet cables.
It's very easy to simply graft on a short section of cable that has an RJ45 plug, and add a joiner to the end.
But it's much neater, and not too hard, to replace the whole cable.
Loads of suitable ethernet cables available on eBay or Aliexpress.

That is what I was thinking.... but the color wires don't match a standard rj45 and it pulled a part and I have no reference to what colors might match what..

If the Hikvision colour scheme is consistent - this may help :
