Hi people
Once or twice a year one or both of my PTZ's (DS-2DE4215IW) disconnect from the DVR, normally a bit of messing about with SDAP, power direct to the PTZ and they work again.
but this time they are not reconnecting to the DVR (Hikvision 7716)
if i connect them to a POE switch (netgear GS324TP) and force the switch to 4pt 802.3af + legacy , they spring to life.
Question
is there a setting on the hikvision 7716 that can turn off the POE or change the standard of POE ?
anything to make the DVR see the PTZ's again.
firmware version of the 7716 is v3.4.96 build 170921.
