Hikvision PTZ won't turn on after power outage

I have a Hikvision 30x PTZ in addition to 6 other fixed ip cameras. My power company decided to do unannounced maintenance on my area and cut the power while I was away. The whole system powers back on and works normally except for the PTZ. I've reset the system multiple times. I'm at a loss as to what todo now. Any ideas?
 
Surge might of blew power supply fuse. Have you checked to see if you have power coming out of power supply?
 
It's POE and all my other cams have power. I switched it to another open port and got nothing. I'll switch it to one of the other cams ports and see if I get power.
 
I understand it's poe. I just installed a Hik/LTS ptz that's poe and it also included a power adapter that poe from poe switch went into to make power poe+.

Oh ok... It did come with a power adapter that I don't have hooked up to it because it powered right on without it. Does it need that for sure?
 
You're very welcome!!! The standard poe really isn't enough. You need poe+ for ptz cams.
