Hikvision Playback Tool And Reverse Slo-Motion?

Hi - two quick questions -

1) When we download video for evidence we over some period of time say 20 mins, we get a bunch of video files as expected. Is there a tool to stitch them together and play them back like iVMS? Something to make it easier for those who need to investigate.

2) Is there a revers playback button in iVMS-4200 lite - or anywhere else? I see the button but it appears grayed out?

I use a program called Shotcut to edit my videos. I have not tried to "stitch" them together. There may be better editors out there.
