Hikvision password reset !

Hello my dear friends !
I have a blocked hikvision DVR and i am trying to reset the password through the particular SADP file , emailing that to the hikvision support but no answer till now !
Is there any chance that hikvision support will help me ,,,, or something else to reset that password .

What does SADP show as the NVR's firmware version?
It depends on the firmware version as to what tools might gain you access...
