I know you probably get this all the time but I was hoping you could help. I flew into town to help my parents replace their DVR (got hit by a surge). I purchased a DS-7608 from amazon but someone had already set it up and I don't have the password for it. I fly out late tonight and promised to have it set up before I leave. I tried the password reset tool and couldn't get it to work. SADP gives me a QR code and/or an export file but does let me put a Key in or an imported file, but none of them would work for me.
Here is what I put in:
Serial DS-7608NI-E2/8P0820160420AARR592761603WCVU
Date: 2016-08-06
I tried the serial with and without the DS-7608NI-E2/8P
Anyone have any other suggestions?
