Hello,I've been upgrading my camera system, by replacing, removing, and adding cameras.
i havea 16ch hikvision (7716 ni) with poe, and now recent, i tranferred all cameras to the builtin poe switch. (before, some were still in my poe network instead of direct into thenvr)
now, what bothers me, isthat i see peoplewalking in slowmotion, endsuddenly makea jump to a few seconds further.
If i seea car passing by, it moves, stops, and continues on a spot 30 feet further, jumping ahead in time.
I also installed a 8ch nvr and 2 cameras at my dads home, and sometimes he experiences the same thing...
already tried lowering quality, frames/sec, and max bitratem constant orvariable, but it doesnt seem to help. Latest firmware in the machine...
Anyone got tips or clues what this can be?
thanks.
ps. When i select the second stream, all seems to be fine (but so 1990's to watch...) Apparantly it has to be a badwith problem, but a 16ch recorder with only 6 cams?? (or 8ch recorder with 2 cams???)
