Hikvision NVR (nelly's NSN-616) Delay time View modes.

NVR firmware is V3.4.62 build 160713

Have an issue with a Dahua IP Camera IPC-HDW4433C-A

When I go from main view to full view there is a 20-30+ second lag of blackness. Also when playback and digital zoom. Anybody experience this? All my other cameras don't do this. and I had some poopy china 1.3 mp cams. I changed it tp NTSC from Pal

Don't recall bit rates but the Dahua is 8192Kbps

OK I think I solved that turned off smart codec. Now noticed live view freezes and gets distorts and is not as smooth as my hikvision cameras . It's just sluggish if I'm logged in and changing settings it tents to freeze also.
