HIKVISION NVR DS-7608 ni-sn/p problem

I have old nvr ((DS-7608 ni-sn/p)) i decided to bought 4 mp ip camera under DS-2CD2T42WD-15 model when i connected it to nvr and search about the camera not give me any result.I searched about the problem and some of technical advise me to upgrade the model of nvr. Anyway i tried to get upgrade higher then my NVR i don find any thing .
my nvr firmware v3.0.15
can any one of you give me his hand and solve this problem
