Help needed in resolving Hikvision connection.
I have A Hikvision NVR model DS-7716NI-K4 with latest firmware, this has been working fine for past couple of years.
Problem is when connecting to NVR via WAN or LAN it takes some time for login page to appear and when login page appears and I fill out details it fails to connect as timed out.
On phone, Hikconnect app displays images but no playback. Had this issue once before and down powered NVR.
Am able to connect to POE cameras individually without a problem.
