I bough a 16 channel NVR system used. Model number DS-7716NI-14/16P . I installed the last firmware upgrade to it. I am the administrator of it, an it is online. Have full access within it. But previous owner does not own the phone number associated with the Hikconnect phone app account for remote viewing.
I have tried using the saap tool and it just times out. I do know the full phone number associated with the app but can not get contact with new owner of phone. I just need them to recite the 4 digit code that I send to that phone via text to unbind from it. Hikvision Canada and Hikvision tech support USA say they cant help me to unbind. Any body know a work around?
