Hi,

I've a Hikvision ds-2cd2032-i and I tried to upgrade to the latest firmware and the camera stop working. I tried the reset button and nothing as well. So, I called customer service and they can't help. Only if I send to the factory (which they probably will charge me for a new one).

Do you guys have experience with this issue?

Thanks!
Marcelo

Where did you buy this camera @Mjoaquin?

I bought on Amazon last year, I was sure that the seller was Hikvision but their support team says that they don't sell on Amazon.

You most likely probably purchased a Chinese Region Hikvision camera and then bricked it when you attempted to upgrade the camera with incorrect firmware. This happens to A LOT of people. You may be able to resurrect the camera, but it will probably take you many hours of work to bring it back. There are several Topics here about how to bring back bricked Hikvision cameras, but be prepared to spend boatloads of time and you will have to ask the same questions which have been asked over and over and over and over here on ipcamtalk.com. My advice is to throw the camera out and buy a new one unless you have a lot of free time.

Thanks again, I'd like to try one of the steps but the link to download the TFTP is not available anymore, do you know how I can get it?

I do not know...but I do know that all of the problems and issues you are having (and are going to have doing this) have been asked and answered many times here. You need to use forum search to find the answers.
