Hikvision missing VCA event playback on IVMS-4200

I've been searching all over for this.

I have a hikivsion DS-7616NI-Q2/16P. This morning I upgraded to the V3.4.108 firmware from the US.Hikvision website. However, now when using iVMS-4200 locally to review my VCA alarms, EG: intrusion/line crossings, iVMS says "Playback failed.No record file found. (Error code: iVMS-4200.Video.C.exe [1617]). Previously I could quite easily do this, select date range, select a camera, select VCA detection, hit search and it would bring up a nice list of all my triggered events.

When I go to the actual NVR itself and do the same search, it clearly shows the events I'm searching for. Also, hikconnect app clearly shows the events and delivers notifications accordingly. Just not iVMS-4200 on my desktop.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you connecting from within the same LAN as the NVR?

How did you setup the recording, Motion & Alarm? or ??

Yes, the computer I try to view VCA events is on the same LAN.

Recording is both continuous and event. The events are recorded, I can freely watch them on my NVR.
