Hikvision Live View 1 camera problem

Hey guys

Recently upgraded from a 4 channel to 8 channel Hivision NVR Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2/8P 4K
When I log into the NVR with my browser and select live view , 5 of my cameras load up straight away when I press ' start all cameras' however the 6th camera does not and says live view failed

I have to select it manually from the camera list toggling the main steam / sub stream to get it to wake up and start displaying live view

It wont play at all using the Hikvision mobile app

I can log into the camera itself fine and live view is fine , its just the NVR live view thats playing up

Camera is running latest firmware

Any ideas

What's the substream codec set to on the 6th camera? Maybe the unsupported MJPEG?

Leaving it set to Main Stream?
In which case, the substream on the camera is set to an incompatible codec.
