HikVision IVMS alternative

Hello,

Is there any other client software that is compatible with HikVision NVRS? I've been using the iVMS-4200 at all my sites, but I dont like the fact that it has features outside of just your IP Camera monitoring that I cannot uninstall. I just want a simple Monitoring client with low CPU resources I can put on different PC's that is easily accessible to retrieve footage, etc..

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Firstly, I am sure that you can set permissions to access certain modules, this is done in "User permissions", but the modules still appear in the main build.

With a bit of programming knowledge (maybe even html) , you can do this for live view using the RTSP for each camera.

Use iVMS-4200 Lite! Just live view, playback, it does not carry all the extra things that most people do not need.
