Hikvision iVMS-4200 PCNVR / RTSP No Sound

Hello, i'm using iVMS-4200 PCNVR (V2.0.1 build 140122)

I'm using RTSP url like this:
[FONT=Consolas, Lucida Console, monospace]rtsp://<external IP>:<PORT>/hikvision://<LOCAL IP>:<SDK PORT>:<CHANNEL NUMBER>:<0-1>?username=<user>&password=<pass>[/FONT]


[FONT=Consolas, Lucida Console, monospace]i have problem with sound.[/FONT]
[FONT=Consolas, Lucida Console, monospace]i tried different players for stream, for example VLC player and i'm getting only video feed, no sound.
[/FONT]in ivms client and android ivms client i have both, sound and video from pcnvr.[FONT=Consolas, Lucida Console, monospace]

when i'm streaming from camera or physical dvr/nvr in VLC (rtsp), i have both sound/video.
rtsp url is different for this devices of course.

i tried different audio codecs on cameras, but no sound with rtsp from pcnvr.

if there is any other rtsp url structure for pcnvr, or some configuration to solve this problem?[/FONT]

The url I am using currently to make it work for me is:

rtsp://USERNAMEASSWORD@EXTERNAL-IP:554

Try this becuase if you are getting audio to the camera while you are in iVMS then it should be configured correct.

DISCLAIMER: I am also fairly new to IP Cameras, but this is just what worked for me.

thanks for replay but it's not working.

Channel number, Stream type (main or sub) nothing included in this url.
rtsp://usernameassword@ipaddress/ch1/sub
ch1 as channel number, sub as stream type. this url works for my cameras.
there is bunch of url structures for physical cameras, NVR and dvr, but i found only one for PCNVR .
and no sound
