running isms-4200 on a pc.
Does IVMS-4200 perform the functions of a decoding server or does it just connect to a physical device that performs that function?
trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong as i can map the pc running isms as the decoding server but nothing is there to decode. I am thinking i need a physical decoder connected to the pc to do this, is this correct or can i do it with software on the pc running ivms?
