Hikvision ip system

Hi guys,
I am an installer with 8 years of expeience. I am currently new to IP SYSTEMS. I have been doing a lot of research and i am not sure if i use DAHUA OR HIKVISION.

I have an installation of 10 internal dome 2MP ip camera, 6 outdoor 4MP ip bullet cameras with very good IR and 8 outdoor 4MP ip bullet cameras with 50m IR. These cameras have to be connected to a POE NVR 32 channel. Can anyone guide me what would be the best setup and cameras choice?

I want to use DAHUA or HIKVISION

Can you work with Turret 4mp outdoor cameras? Speaking from experience there is going to be alot of spider web issues there, turrets are the better option and alot of people here will agree.
