Dear friends I need your help,I have this ip camera ds-2cd2020f-I with firmware 5.4.0,it was chinese hikvision and it wasn't upgradable,I tried to upgrade it to the latest firmware from hikvision site and now it doesnt work!!!what can I do now?any solution somebody?How can I put new firmware now?
