Hikvision integration into Belkin Wemo

Has anyone used the dry contacts on a hikvision camera to connect to a Belkin Wemo Maker and subsequently turn on lighting when motion is detected?

NO but that is an interesting idea. Im sure it could be done. I wonder if you could trigger a ITFTT app? I might give this some thought..
