Hikvision iDS ANPR

Hi i have a problem getting numbers from camera iDS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHS.
I send POST request to

http://x.x.x.x/ISAPI/Traffic/channels/1/vehicleDetect/plates

and have respose:

In the previous version of the camera DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZS it worked correctly, perhaps the address has changed?

i got exactly the same problem with iDS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHS , the DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZS works fine.
