Hikvision DVR (216Q) ctrl+q: autoboot goes to 1 then to 0

Hi mates, I?ve a trouble here and can't figure out how to overcome it. ALl connections are fine, I've echo from DVR if I leave it complete the kernel boot, but it doesn't interrupt boot loader. I've tried putty and Realterm to be sure it sends really a ctrl+q.. the
the stop autoboot: goes for a while to 1 then it changes to 0 . What to do?

Hello everyone I've a problem while flashing HIKVISION NVR,IPC AND DVR with serial cable. I've reinstalled my os on the laptop which is windows 7 64bit. I've solved it, it was need to press ctrl+u and NOT ctrl+q as written when you power it on
Hikvision has really several mistakes all around.
