hikvision ds-kh9510 no video

In door station doesn't show video when the button is pressed on the outdoor station. Just a blank screen with call accept , door unlock bottoms. I have press live view to activate and then the next time call comes in the video feed is enabled. This is very annoying. When the call is established first time why video doesn't come 7/10 times.

Yes, what firmware version does your have.
My vendor asked me not to install UK firmware.

you have to reset both devices to factory and start from scratch......
this can happen if you update the firmware... not sure why, but i had it several times after up/downgrading

I think reset has worked but then falls back to this intermittent behaviour of video and no video again.

what model of outdoor station
which firmware is now on both devices ?


where did you buy it from? why does your vendor say not to update firmware from UK portal ?
can you give region code?

if you see any WR or RR in your serial number, you can use uk portal

i am running on 93xx : 2.1.22 build 210616
on ds-kd8003 2.2.45 build 210721 => this is a custom, but there is another 2.2.45 on uk portal
on submodules : 1.0.0 build 191213

Firmware:V2.1.16 build 201223

From: Oz local
Outdoor station:
DS-KV8113-WME1(B)
S/N has RR in it.
Firmware: V2.1.5 build 201112
Encoding version: V4.0 build 181206

please post serial number which is in IVMS of both..
you can cut your real serial number ..

should look like this

DS-KH6320-WTE1/RR0120191117WR


after the 2 letters is your "real" serialnumber... please dont post it

these devices should be able to use uk/eu firmware...

i would use hikvision sdk to update the devices, but you can try it via interface... maybe it will not work.

you need both at newest, because there was a protocol change which may end in problems ...

after update reset both devices to factory and pair them again... you should be able to use the wizard on the indoor station to set up both devices...

some devices dont want to accept firmwares... depends from which firmware you try to update and whats your region code is...

if your serial number looks like this

DS-KH6320-WTE1/EU0120191117WR

you will have no problems anyway.

i was a step away from killing these chinese goatfu** guys from hikvision support... i bought a value kit from an authorized seller... on these kits it seems that they dont use EU-region branded models... so the hiksupport claims that you are a fucker and bought it from aliexpress..

the politic of all this shit is so annoying. i will never ever will buy anything from hikvision (again) (only their intercom system, because they are best for the price) ... dahua from andy is so much better... absolute no problems..
