Hikvision DS-KH6320-TE1 Indoor Station password problem

Hi, would sincerely appreciate help wrt setting up and configuring the KH6320-TE1. Problem now after activation via SADP and new password (8 characters), unable to log into the station - login now only accepts passwords consisting of 6 characters! Can anyone assist on how to reset or deactivate the unit?

Hi,
Same problem there (with 6 characters limit). What was your solution?
