Provide a network diagram with the IP addresses.
Are the cameras plugged into the POE ports on the NVR ?
Did you set a static ip Address on the cameras ?

What are the IP address of the cameras? Normally the NVR sets the IP addresses of the cameras for cameras plugged directly into the NVR.
What are the TWO IP address on the NVR ? they should be on two completely different subnets.
What are the TWO IP address on the NVR ? they should be on two completely different subnets.
