Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2 (Firmware upgrade problem)

I am trying to upgrade my HikVision NVR (DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P0820180322CCRRC0--------WCVU) which I purchased from ebay back in 2018, the region refers to 'RR' which I have read refers to 'other'.
Can someone point me to which firmware I need to upgrade this NVR please? recently getting random NVR disconnects and 'orange' light stays on ethernet port, I have to unplug RJ45 and plug back in for connectivity to work, happens 5 to 6 times a day, hoping newer firmware will fix.

When I try this version, "NVR_K51_BL_ML_STD_V3.4.112_200604" it says 'upgrading failed'.

The current firmware I'm on is this one 'V3.4.107 build 190927', any help appreciated!

Just a follow up, I managed to fix the issue, I used a different laptop (Windows 10 64 bit) with the 'Internet Explorer' browser with plugin, not the Edge browser.

This time upgrade went through without issue.
