Hikvision DS-7104NI

I saw that your offer Hikvision DS-7104NI on your website but I noticed in the description it stated that it support "3rd party Onvif Cameras (up to 2MP)"

Is the NVR capped at 2MP no matter what brand camera is connected to it or will work at 3MP on it own Hikvision cameras?
