Hikvision DS-2DE4A425IW-DE PTZ Smart Tracking question

I have Hikvision DS-2DE4A425IW-DE PTZ camera.

To avoid false alarms in the PTZ smart tracking, I’m using the camera Smart Event feature, intrusion detection. I drew the area to monitor and in the Linkage Method tab, I enabled Smart Tracking. The future works well.

I want to enable recording in the NVR when the camera detects an intrusion. I tried a couple of different options but was not successful. Any ideas on how to make it record?

In same tab Linkage Method check Notify surveilance center, then in DVR/NVR, recording schedule by event.
That should do it

You're a camera specialist i hope.
I also have the DS-2DE4A425IW-DE from Hikvision.

I tried almost everything and nothing works sofar.

I'm looking for the timesetting between stop smart tracking and going back to startposition. Here it is 5 seconds and i want to make it more...

Hopefully you can help me.

Never used that model, but models that i worked with that support smart tracking have time settings on liveview(web) on the right side or under smart tracking / Default position
