Hikvision DS-2CD2712F-I(S) issues

Good day!

Anyone can help me, I've installed several Hikvision DS-2CD2712F-I(S) at our office and after a month, one camera can be viewed as per attached picture.

have you checked the wiring? jiggle the cable at the ethernet plugs and see of that changes anything. if so, cut off and re-crimp the ethernet plugs(s).

what are your frame rate, iframe interval and max bitrate set at in the cam's video UI?
