Everithing was fine, with intrusion detection working well, till yesterday, when I started receiving email alerts for false alarms every few minutes. I tried to stop that, but now I can't reach the camera in any way, it disappeared from the ezviz cloud and no way to add it again. Unfortunately, I am 300 km far away and cannot do anything from the same LAN. Any idea about what I could do? Many thanks.
