I setup a new DS-2CD2342WD-I and all worked fine. I then powered down and after powering up and trying to login I got the "incorrect username/password" message. I got a new password file from Hikvision which worked well but then tried a power cycle and again the same issue. I think I might need to do a factory reset on the device but I cannot find any reset switch.
Any help would be much appreciated?
