Hikvision DS-2CD2042WD-I setup

My first install, DS-2CD2042WD-I and HIKVISION DS-7608NI-E2, was working fine yesterday, with access from android phone, but today I cannot connect from mobile. I have reinstalled camera and nvr but still can't connect. I checked ports on canyouseeme.org and they are ok. Port 80, 10554, and 8000 are port forwarded on my router. What could be this newby problem?

Maybe your external IP address has changed.
Did the IP on canyouseeme.org match up with how it used to be?

yes, same ip address. Today I set up a free dns service and was able to connect via web browser remotely. But tiny cam gives a "video failed (404 - Not found)

I installed iVMS and used HiDDNS and that is working on my mobile device. Still can't get tinyCam to connect.

Use another DNS service, e.g. http://www.noip.com/
