Hikvision DS-2CD1143G0-I -cannot install from a remote place..

Hi to all people.I have a 2 hikvision DS-2CD1143G0-I cameras .One locally with BI server and the second in a remote place.Locally i can add to server easilly following these settings in pict 1.In the remote camera i have forwarded ports and have dyndns name for the changing public ip, and i can see the camera though ivms 4200 through TCP/IP connection and not from a hikconnect account .
I have tried several options with no luck.Same settings of my local camera doesnt fit in here.The camera has no a webgui and has the latest firmware.

For the address on the first line you're putting in the dyndns hostname, correct?

At the remote location, what is the port that you forwarded to the camera IP at that same remote location?

FWIW, port forwarding is very much NOT recommended.

the first camera is local.no port forward.
The remote camera has 8000,559

yes i made wrong554, anyway the camera is reachable remotelly only from the ivms 4200.
