Hikvision dome camera works over computer but not on NVR

Hi everyone,

I have a Hikvision dome camera (DS-2DF8236IX-AEL) which I disconnected because of freezing on the night mode. I connected it to my computer, wrote the ip adress on chrome and works just fine, turns around and everything. However when I connect it to my Hikvision NvR, it shows the dome ip adress on the camera list but it says something like "unknown error" . What can I do?

Note: I upgraded the camera software.

If you have not already done so, I would disconnect it from the NVR, perform a hard reset, wait a full minute then reconnect to the NVR.
