Hikvision day night mode url

No, you can't do such a thing. But you can "schedule" when IR activates and turns off in the camera GUI. So just set when you want it to switch to night mode and back on to day mode.
 
Pretty sure you can set it manually to turn on a "little early". Having IR active during dusk will still provide you a perfectly acceptable image. Also you can make adjustments every 6 or 8 weeks if you need to. Simply logging in every month and a half to make adjustments is a hell of a lot easier then trying to configure interaction between home automation and the camera.
