Havent been able to find a website for the p2p as yet.. ine website for ezviz says use explorer... when you open on explorer it says same thing.I think the only way to view the cameras from a pc using hik p2p is using the website.
As far as I am aware you can't access any of the nvr config using p2p.
When I loging it only gives device ip shows its online and serial number... and an option to change password etc.
How to add p2p to ivms4200?Oh woops, sorry, I forgot Hikvision haven't added this functionality to Hik-Connect just yet. You'll need to use EZVIZ for now (they're the same service, Hikvision are just rebranding it at the moment to Hik-Connect) via their website below.
EZVIZ - Security Camera Kits, Wi-Fi Cameras, and Action Cams
Make sure you're using Internet Explorer and NOT Microsoft Edge - different browsers, IE still works.
You can also use iVMS 4200 desktop software and add your Cloud P2P account to that
Open iVMS 4200 >> Device Management >> Server tab (top left) >> Hik Cloud P2P Device >> LoginHow to add p2p to ivms4200?
OK will try and report back... also any idea why suddnly cams go offline and a reboot fixes everything?Open iVMS 4200 >> Device Management >> Server tab (top left) >> Hik Cloud P2P Device >> Login
Give it a try with Firefox, that should also work.
